Sydney Plants Movers says their website. I had 42 pot plants to move, also 2 couches, 3 TV's, half a dozen boxes and a washer and dryer. Company was aware of the load as photographs were supplied.
Two men arrived late, disappeared for two hours to find a third man, had only domestic trolleys.
Took 9 hours to load the truck, 4 hours to unload.
Every plant damaged, pots smashed. Left the washer and dryer behind (they could pick up for an extra fee).
$2,000 cash, $980 by bank transfer and an extra $300 to the driver as they went 'overtime'.
The common property of two buildings trashed.
Incredibly unprofessional.
Postscript:
Management contacted me by phone to apologise and offer recompense. We agreed on an amount (about 10%) and to amend, but not withdraw, my review. They reneged on the deal by email and demanded I remove my review and sign a release to not defame them in reviews. Defamation implies my review was untrue.
There is nothing in my original review that I would would not swear to in any court or tribunal under threat of perjury.Read more

Sam was excellent in assisting us with our move from Canberra to Melbourne. He kept us informed at all times and was very efficient. He was very careful with our belongings, including mirrors, carpets and plants. Would highly recommend!

Sam and his team arrived promptly on time, loaded everything efficiently and smoothly with no hesitation, we had to add some time and pay extra due to adding a few forgotten items which we were happy to do so and explained professionally via a call from the office, unloading was fast and successful even with re assembly of some large items. I would recommend Sam and his team to everyone. Very happy overall!

I had an excellent experience with Michael and Daniel today. They were both incredibly hardworking, polite, and professional from start to finish. Even though I had way more items than I originally booked for, they didn’t complain at all — instead, they did everything possible to make sure everything was loaded safely and neatly.
They really went above and beyond, showing great patience and dedication. I truly appreciate their honesty and effort. I did pay extra since it was my fault for underestimating the load, but it was absolutely worth it. I couldn’t have asked for a better team — thank you so much, Michael and Daniel! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and genuine movers.

Sam was absolutely fantastic with my move. He was punctual, organised, and handled everything with genuine care.
