The moving process with Hitchens Storage & Removalists could not have gone better. We moved all our belongings interstate efficiently, safely and with great customer service. Hitchens will be my first choice for any moves in the future.

From the moment I spoke with Hitchens’ I knew we were dealing with professionals who really care about what they do.
From my initial enquiry with Siobhain, to the ladies in the Emu Plains office and last but not least, Aiden & Alan; those two guy’s are fantastic. They were on time, friendly and very considerate with our belongings, even going out of their way to try and accommodate us with a fridge that was just too large for our new residence, they didn’t just say nope too hard and did their absolute best to fit it through the door - without damaging anything. It was not to be and they reloaded it without any fuss at all and took it to our storage unit.
Thank you very much to all the staff at Hitchens Storage & removals and I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs a reasonably priced and thoroughly professional removal and storage service.

I would highly recommend using Hitchens for storage needs from loading the container to having it redelivered was very professionally handled and the cost was very competitive

after contacting Hitchens Removals we arranged for Kelly to come and give an appraisal for our move.
Kelly was great on explaining the procedure as well as the office staff. truck was arranged for a certain date which arrived on time.
communication from Hitchens to us was spot on. the boys worked tirelessly to get 80% of truck loaded and then returned next morning to finish loading. we met Brock and Conner at the new residence to which they worked very hard again to unload our furniture. everything was in tack and nothing broken.
we would Highley recommend using Hitchens for removals.
the price was great and we would use them again if needed.

Hitchens Storage and Rentals have fabulous facilities, with a modern and updated security system, with easy access to your own secure storage unit. Storage units were lovely and clean. Hitchens sales team were wonderful and courteous to deal with at all times and the removalist team were quick and efficient when handling all my storage boxes and furnishings. I highly recommend Hitchens Storage and Rentals for all your storage needs. Thank you Hitchens staff for a wonderful experience with your company and facilities.
