Hitchens Self Storage was five star in every aspect of the process from the first contact with office staff to the finalisation of our use of the facility. The service exceeded our expectations and we would have no hesitation in highly recommending their services for a streamlined and stress free experience .

Clean & secure facilities. I have used Hitchens storage Emu Plains twice now and probably will again in future. Staff always professional friendly and supportive, and the process of applying for and ending the storage space has always been so easy! I’ve appreciated this service and recommend it.

Having never hired storage space before I was happy to be guided by the friendly Hitchens Staff on the ins and outs of what to do. The facility is clean and well labelled - you're provided a map to assist with access to your unit. Take a padlock on your first visit to secure your space.

I recently stored some very expensive items at the Hitchens Emu Plains facility, the staff very extremely helpful and accommodating.
What really impressed me above and beyond was the quality of the facility, it was spotless clean, modern and the security was 1st class. I can honestly say I did not lose a minute's sleep knowing my property was safe and in great hands. Well, done team Hitchen,

A seamless experience with Hitchens! I stored there for approx 6 months in a medium 3x3 and every single employee I spoke to was a delight. They made everything easy and communication was transparent. Ease of access and level of security was also top notch. Thanks team - will certainly be back when needed!
