Worst service we could have received. Do not hire this company. They arrived onsite with the piano, and only then did they tell us they would not put the piano on its side to get around the tight corner they were warned about. They left the piano outside the house, risking permanent moisture damage. When we called for a refund the owner of the company yelled at me for 4.5 minutes straight and eventually hung up on me. Not only this, we were told “we forgot about you” when calling for second time to book in and then they tried to cancel on us on the day. We were not issued a receipt either. Did they get it from A to B? Sure. Were they professional? Absolutely not. “Cheap piano movers” it’s cheap for a reason. Stay away.

Communication was good. Times were changed slightly but they let me know with plenty of notice. Quick, careful service. They were patient while I checked over the piano before and after the move.
Really happy. Thank you 😊

I had a wonderful experience with this team. They were professional, punctual, and handled the piano with great care and expertise. Their pricing was fair and transparent, especially considering the specialized nature of the work.
The entire team was courteous, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Moving a piano requires skill and attention to detail, and they made the process completely stress-free.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable piano moving service. Thank you for a job very well done!

Harry was amazing in moving my grand piano. Great service, professional when it comes to dismantling and putting it back together. Absolutely legend and the best affordable price!

Harry and his assistant did an absolutely heroic job of navigating steep stairs and some tight turns with a very heavy old piano. It was an amazing achievement, five stars aren’t enough really. He is so polite and kind, and I would recommend his services to anybody.
