Wide Bay removalist would not fix tyre they busted on my scooter sliding it around on truck broken my bird bath I asked them for help only for the Tyre he refused to pay for it mechanic put air in because it was off the rim but had a hole in tyre as well extremely upset

Just relocated from Sydney to Hervey Bay.
The whole thing was seamless
Wayne and Angus are so easy to get along with and were amazing to pack and unpack.

Thank you for a great job! Definitely will use them again. The guys took the hassle out of our move from job request to delivery. Super quick to respond, friendly and careful with all of our belonging in and out of multi story locations.

We had a very bad experience with this company. After we verbally accepted their quote, we had no written confirmation at all and had to continually chase them for information. It took 4 guys 9 hours to load the truck. The arrangements we made were to load one day, travel 9 hours the following day to our destination and then unload the next day. The driver complained about our job taking 3 days and tried to pressure us into letting them unload in the dark after the 9 hour trip. We did not agree to that so they turned up at 5.30am the following day. The driver was rude, disrespectful and reckless with our furniture. Almost every single piece of furniture was either scratched, scraped, dented, chipped or dragged through mud. When I tried to talk to the driver about the damages, he got angry and stormed off with our $11,000 in cash. I can’t think of one good thing to say about our experience.

This was the second time using local removals Wide bay Removals. The guys arrived on time & were professional, my items were treated carefully, there was no damage to any items moved. Everything was placed where I asked.
The move was done quickly. They had to navigate a tricky new build site with no paths, driveway and they even had to scale a small retaining wall. Very difficult but they did it with ease and a smile. I highly recommend Wide Bay Removals and am super happy with their service. Thanks guys!
