We recently purchased a new couch, 2 contractors came and were unable to get the couch through our front door. They gave up and left after a very short time, leaving the couch in our garage. We contacted TCM who arrived and got the couch through the front door and upstairs in under 10mins! We were extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of Brandon and Will. Thank you so much. Would absolutely recommend. - Mark B

Loved these guys and their fantastic service. What a team! Great care was taken with our furniture and contents and there was great attention to detail. Furniture was moved into place in our new home and beds assembled so that we could settle in with ease and comfort. Love their work - and their sense of humour!

We had a fantastic experience, with quick and clear quoting, easy booking process and good communication throughout. But the most impressive part was our removalists (in particular Will - what a star) who were friendly, efficient, careful and very professional. Our belongings were packed up, stored and delivered without one scratch, dent or broken glass. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the overall experience with Total Care Movers . Andrew attended at our College Park SA address to quote on an hourly basis as we had a container mainly of furniture. Over the years I have dealt with moving both in Adelaide and in Germany both locally and transporting overseas. I could see Andrew knew his job. The 2 man team arrived on time. Josh I believe was a family member of the firm . Both he and his co worker we pleasant and got the job done in the expected time frame . I would recommend this family business . I always get 3 quotes and this company was competitive. We did not require Insurance as our household all risks covered the move between the old and new home.

I don’t normally give bad review but I think they deserve 0 star. “Total care” is a misnomer. Unfortunately, I did not have a choice of who to hire as work paid for it.
The guy on the phone were rude, the packers forgot to pack the whole cutlery drawer, broke my near brand new dryer, put stickers on top of my furniture causing the paint to peel, they also packed the box too heavily, did not bring a box to put my tv in even though it was in the inventory list, I could go on forever. Even the removalist on this side of the border made a complaint against them.
