I honestly couldn’t recommend Ballarat Removals and Storage more highly! These guys were absolutely amazing from start to finish. What could have been such a stressful process was made completely easy thanks to their professionalism, kindness, and can-do attitude.
They safely stored my belongings for a month and I had total peace of mind the entire time. Everything was handled with care and respect, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always friendly, approachable, and quick to communicate.
On top of all thatt, incredible value for the level of service they provide.
If you’re looking for a removals company that is reliable, trustworthy, professional and genuinely cares, this is the one. I’m so grateful for how smooth they made the whole experience! 🙌

Incredibly prompt & efficient. We felt we were in very safe hands. The staff were extremely professional & courteous at all times. They did an excellent job, especially considering we had a last minute hiccup with access to our new property.

I've used them twice now, and each time they were great. Careful with my things, friendly/professional customer service both in the office and on the day of my move, and reasonably priced. They have good-sized boxes for sale to use to pack, and will even buy them back from you afterward. That makes it so easy to get rid of those boxes after you unpack at your new place. That's a godsend in itself. I highly recommend them for your next move.

We cannot praise the friendly and professional service we received today enough! A couple of challenging pieces of furniture - I wasn't sure it was going to happen - but no problems for Wayne, Matt, and Jack! These guys turned what was going to be a very stressful day into a great experience - friendly banter and the highest level of service - thank you for your incredibly hard work!
