We just had Rob and the team help us move house, it was a tight access job and we had some older furniture which required extra care. They were meticulous and exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend their expertise

Team of absolute guns, out and back in hours quicker than anticipated, and all the delicate stuff you'd normally throw in your own car were treated with care and arrived in the condition it left - including a 7ft tall monstera. They turn their truck into the closet from Narnia and don't waste a inch. Paul and Brodie helped us out and were on the ball start to finish, could not recommend them more. Professional from the quoting to the labour itself, thanks again fellas.

First Class service! Fraser and Shane were on time, very professional and great guys to deal with. It was amazing watching them maneuver large, heavy and/or awkward pieces of furniture through narrow doors and around corners without damage to the item or the house. Nothing was broken or damaged, and items were placed in their new homes exactly as requested. The whole job was completed in good time and the price paid was as quoted.

The guys at Ballarat Removals & Storage were excellent. The entire process ran smoothly from start to finish. The removalists had three separate drop offs and delivered to all three with ease and efficiency. Their hard work was very much appreciated.

Ballarat removals were amazing at fulfilling all our needs during a very stressful time of moving our belongings to two separate residences. Communication from the start to end was clear, respectful & professional. The receptionist was efficient & helpful & the guys who do the physical work were absolutely AMAZING! Brayden, Brody, Gill & Jaxon were very hard-working, quick & efficient, respectful, genuine, easy going & delightful men to help us in any way possible. They went above & beyond in accommodating our precious belongings (especially my plants & bike 😊) & rejigged the vans to make it seamless, more practical & in the end cheaper than quoted. There was slight damage to our door during moving which Rob quickly rectified after hours by sending out a professional to fix on a Sunday. We 100% recommend & trust this company & will continue to use them in future.

These guys did a great job. They were polite, careful, quick and helpful with extra tips and advice. They were able to unhook my washing machine for me and transport my fridge and freezer with unbreakable food items/containers still inside. At the new place, just a short drive away, we just plugged back in and replaced the glass jars - it made keeping all the food cold much easier during the move. Was really appreciated.
