Absolutely brilliant service from the moment of ordering the service to the completion of the service. Loved the communication by email, text and calls to let me know what was happening. It was great to be able to track the status of my order. The removalists were respectful and took great care of my piano.

They easily moved our new upright yamaha YUS3 up two flight of stairs leading to the balcony at the front door of our place. Other companies said a crane or lift was required but these guys just did the job with efficiency and intelligence. Very pleased. Highly recommended!

They did a great job moving our upright piano weighing around 306kilos!!! (to unload it and place it took less than 15 mins).
They were very careful. But sometimes things happen, the gutter on the roof got damaged on pick up with the truck door, and someone will be over within two working days to fix it. Honestly couldn’t be happier. Love that insurance is included in the price! Gave me nothing to worry about.
Their communication was AMAZING, constantly updated via a link with details, a courtesy call 30mins before arriving on both pick up and drop off.
And the two men who moved our piano were so considerate. They treated our piano and home with so much respect. I really appreciate them.

I had a 130 year old Lipp & Sohn upright picked up today to be relocated to a friend’s house. The guys did a fantastic job with what is a massively heavy piano. Great to watch their experience and skill. The booking process was very easy and I’m very grateful for the offer of the ‘In Area’ rate with a small change to my dates. Well done everyone!

My piano was handled with great care both at pick up and delivery by courteous professional staff. It was handled so well an
D stored for several. Oaths that l can't pick the it has actually gone out of tune. None the less it will get tuned in couple of weeks once it has acclimatised to its new location. Thanks to all the tea at piano moves for looking after my prized musical instrument.
