You'd think these guys were moving a president or a King, they amount of care they put in! They give you a 2 hour window the day before, TJ rang me to let me know how far away they were from the pick up location and then rang me when they were leaving with an estimated time for delivery, they picked up my piano and made me look so so easy! The truck is able to be tracked in real time as well. If only regular movers were this good!
Highly highly recommend. Don't bother with the other companies, cos these guys picked up the phone and were the best priced for the level of service and care.

I would like to thank piano movers for a professional prompt and productive relocation of my piano.
All care and no stress. They ensured the piano was in the correct position and checked the power plug had the right gap.
Everything went smoothly as they followed their processes of checking and documenting as they went.
Very happy and satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend piano movers.

The guys were absolutely fantastic.
I couldn’t recommend or praise this company higher.
Very courteous, professional and kept me up to date almost to the minute, regarding arrival time. The communication from initial quoting throughout was exceptional without being overbearing.
Everything about the service was outstanding including the price which I know isn’t everything however certainly helps, importantly, it was backed up with great service!
We would use again without hesitation and we are.

Booking was easy. Very prompt quote and email correspondences from main office. Range of convenient day for delivery was requested to suit me. Then they would confirm with piano seller before sending me link for payment. Tracking link for delivery was then sent to me. Delivery was on time. Very professional and gentle when piano was handled. Piano well protected at all contact points with thick blanket. Piano placed exactly where I wanted it to be with offer to further adjustment if needed. This was exceptionally good professional service. Also, very approachable workers with good attitude. Highly recommended.

We cannot fault Piano Moves Victoria. They moved a recently purchased piano from a southern suburb in Melbourne all the way to a northern suburb without any drama whatsoever. The guys were fantastic from start to finish! Live tracking is a great feature to have too.

From booking to tracking arrival of the van to smoothly getting my very heavy pianola out of the narrow front door, these guys were fast and efficient but at the same time took great care with what they were doing. Couldn’t be happier! If I could give six stars I would!
