Very disappointed by the lack of respect shown by moving crew who damaged my original Baltic pine floors and then I overheard state they damaged my floor but wouldn’t tell me. After raising the issue with management I have been advised they say that they didn’t do it. Bit hard to believe when I heard them raise it and that’s how I found the damage….It’s about acknowledging you have made an error and they haven’t. A company that doesn’t have morals and that it’s ok to make you prepay.

Highly recommend Piano Moves! They were so professional, kind and wonderful. Patricia who helped us book was informative and helpful. The gentlemen moving the piano were so considerate of our home and were laughing and happy the whole time - it's clear they love their job! All round a really positive experience.

This was an excellent experience all round! The movers were totally professional, punctual, very strong, and took excellent care of my beloved piano. The tracking link was very useful and enabled us to follow the truck's progress to its destination, along with a continually updated ETA. Highly recommended!

You'd think these guys were moving a president or a King, they amount of care they put in! They give you a 2 hour window the day before, TJ rang me to let me know how far away they were from the pick up location and then rang me when they were leaving with an estimated time for delivery, they picked up my piano and made me look so so easy! The truck is able to be tracked in real time as well. If only regular movers were this good!
Highly highly recommend. Don't bother with the other companies, cos these guys picked up the phone and were the best priced for the level of service and care.
