I had a 130 year old Lipp & Sohn upright picked up today to be relocated to a friend’s house. The guys did a fantastic job with what is a massively heavy piano. Great to watch their experience and skill. The booking process was very easy and I’m very grateful for the offer of the ‘In Area’ rate with a small change to my dates. Well done everyone!

My piano was handled with great care both at pick up and delivery by courteous professional staff. It was handled so well an
D stored for several. Oaths that l can't pick the it has actually gone out of tune. None the less it will get tuned in couple of weeks once it has acclimatised to its new location. Thanks to all the tea at piano moves for looking after my prized musical instrument.

We recently (yesterday - OrderNumber= 00020942) used this company to move an extraordinarily heavy upright grand piano (estimated at 350kgs) from my parents’ home to our factory—and they were absolutely fantastic!
The three men who handled the move were polite, well-mannered, and incredibly professional. They took great care navigating a small flight of stairs and were extremely mindful of my parents’ polished jarrah floorboards. Their attention to detail and respect for the property was so appreciated.
We were kept well-informed throughout the process, receiving tracking when our time slot was booked, live updates on the day, and a courtesy call when they were on their way.
My parents and I would both happily recommend this company to anyone needing a piano moved. Thank you for delivering it so carefully and making the whole process stress-free!

We highly recommend Piano Movers Victoria. We had two extraordinary movers to bring a Pianola and take a piano. We were so impressed with the seamless moving of both pieces out of their respective homes and delivery to new abodes. The excellent driving skills and use of ramps to unload piano directly to path, bypassing the 4x steps, was impressive.
We are exceedingly grateful for the fabulous customer service we received from the initial phone call to the final delivery.

They are very professional , the staff very nice and kind and gentle. Reception staff very nice and very friendly. Some staff can speak Chinese.

Very disappointed by the lack of respect shown by moving crew who damaged my original Baltic pine floors and then I overheard state they damaged my floor but wouldn’t tell me. After raising the issue with management I have been advised they say that they didn’t do it. Bit hard to believe when I heard them raise it and that’s how I found the damage….It’s about acknowledging you have made an error and they haven’t. A company that doesn’t have morals and that it’s ok to make you prepay.
