Well!!! What an absolutely fantastic experience I’ve had today!! They say moving house is amongst the most stressful experiences we have to endure but I’ve just had the best of the best experiences!!
Mark and Spencer arrived precisely on time and with no fuss, no rush and no loud noises, the two of them just moved through the house quietly and efficiently and SO carefully!! I know it sounds a bit far fetched but I can honestly say that it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience!! It was equally as ‘easy’ at the other end too!! Quietly and with no fuss they just worked together like a well oiled team gently moving boxes and furniture until the job was done!!
I can’t recommend these people highly enough.
The staff behind the scenes - from my initial contact w Salesman Mark, through to Michelle who is first phone contact - are equally as kind and competent. When I needed more boxes and I rang the Office, the staff knew who I was, where I lived and how to ensure that I had access to more boxes as expediently as possible…. Fabulous care!!

So we moved interstate and got the stuff, the boxes and furnitures were broken , boxes were smashed and the items were not protected at all especially the technologies (gadgets). My family were not really happy about it. No respect on our hard earned stuffs!! Will not and hate to recommend these dodgy removalist

Our Experience with John Ryan RemovalsIs was not a happy one. After giving the crew lunch, drinks and snacks on packing day, and the same again on delivery day, we were thanked by them breaking our things poorly packing things and stealing from us. After ringing the company regarding our stolen items for 6 months we gave up. We would never recommend John Ryan RemovalsIs to anyone for any reason. They don't even deserve the one star rating.

Never thought I would have a positive experience moving - this company has totally changed my mind! Professional and courteous, friendly and considerate, well organized, really know what they are doing, cared about my items as much as I do!! Mark, Daniel and Callum, you could teach customer service and excellent standards - that’s how much of a positive impact you made on us from start to end of our move! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would. Thank you.

Excellent service by Michelle in the office. Gorgeous woman delightful to deal with!!!! Mark assessed the property for estimated cost of removal. My only issue with Mark, no bike box & only 1 tv box for a giant tv. We had 2 smaller tvs. The packers Pete & Chelsea OUTSTANDING!!!! Fast efficient & absolutely brilliant!!!! Couldn’t recommend these guys more highly. The guys who packed the container also lovely blokes, did a great job. Thanks to each & everyone!!Container in storage til we purchase in QLD. Extremely efficient service overall. I was lucky enough to have Pete & Chelsea pick up the boxes to be shipped directly to QLD. Thanks again guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!
