My Aunt engaged with Pedemonts Transport to ship 10 boxes of my belongings from SA to NSW. My Aunt was very pleased with the communication she received via email from Heidi, who helped with the quote and all details in regards to the delivery.
Today, I received my items and the 2 removalists were very friendly and efficient. I also noticed inside the truck that the boxes had been tied down and secured correctly. I am happy that my goods arrived sooner than expected interstate too.
Overall 5-star service both from my Aunt and myself for Pedemont customer care, communication, price and delivery. Thank you!

As a Danish furniture brand we provide high-quality customer services. Pedemont is one of our long-term partners for our long distance delivery. They always provides reliable pickup and delivery services to us and our customers.
This time they did it again with our 2 full loads containers. Yesterday Jaro and liam's team, today Thalys and Giuliano's team both did great work. Not only they fitted every part of the container so no room is wasted, but also they took the extra care, protected our furniture to avoid damage. They really know their job! They are also efficient, with 3 of our team members' help, each container took less than 60 mins to be fully filled! Amazing team work by Pedemont! Thank you guys!!!

So rude !! we've dealt with them for a around 6 years and we are treated like we need to beg for their work, We are a small family furniture business and sadly this Family business has lost the meaning of helping the little guys

An absolutely disgraceful experience with this company involving denial of responsibility, shifty practices and downright deceit. For interstate transport they position themselves as premium BUT BEWARE … they sub contract to the cheapest company at their disposal. We intend to pursue Jack and his promises - AVOID at all costs. After paying for a delivery, unpack and removal service we received a leave and DUMP service. I ended up paying a local handyman to assemble and the packaging, debris and big mess remain on my decking.
