We were extremely impressed with the service from Toucan Removals from our very first enquiry through to the packing, moving, and unpacking process — especially given it took place over the busy December/January period.
We needed to unexpectedly move an elderly family member, and the office staff were both compassionate and highly professional throughout. Mark and the team who handled the pack, move, and unpack were respectful, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
They made what could have been a stressful and confusing experience run smoothly from start to finish. They arrived on time, delivered exactly what they promised, and not a single item was damaged.
An absolute pleasure to deal with, and we would highly recommend them.

Caleb and Riley were awesome Kiwi guys, they looked after everything well and moved efficiently through the day and wrapped up perfectly on time and on quote whilst looking after our belongings . Highly recommended

I can wholeheartedly recommend Toucan Removals & Storage.
I am so glad I picked them when I recently needed to move my elderly father into an 8th floor apartment in a retirement complex. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with from my first contact with Matt on the phone who answered all my questions with clarity and respect. No question was too silly to ask (and I had a lot of them!)
Krystal at reception was so friendly and helpful and the two lads on the day of removal, Caleb and Jarmane, were just so pleasant, courteous and professional.
The whole process was handled expertly from start to finish and the price dad paid was extremely reasonable for all their hard work and the stress that was eliminated for us. A very big thank you to everyone!
Next time I need removalists, Toucan Removals will definitely be my first choice!

If you need to move Toucan is highly recommended. The guys from office are very friendly, helpful and supportive in the first place(Thanks to Krystal and Mathew). Removaliats Hilli and Daniel were amazing. They worked themselves. Very friendly and very hard workers. So initiative they know what to do without your surveillance. We just sat in other room relaxing the whole time. Hilli and Daniel did a wonderful job with meticulous care. No damage at all.
A friend of mine recommended us. We are so lucky to have this guys work for our move. Highly recommended to you

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
I recently used Toucan Removals / Ad Fab The Stress Free Movers for both packing and removal services for my move on the Sunshine Coast, and the experience was excellent throughout.
On day one, Daniel and Daryl completed the full packing service. They arrived on time and worked independently while I was out. When I returned several hours later, I found that they had carefully packed everything and moved approximately 90% of my belongings downstairs, neatly stacking them in the garage to streamline the move the following day. That level of initiative made a noticeable difference.
The next morning, Hili, Daniel, and Sean arrived right on schedule. Once again, I left them onsite while attending to other matters. We met at the destination mid-morning, where they efficiently unloaded and moved everything into my new unit.
The team was consistently professional, efficient, and friendly. They handled my belongings with care, and nothing was damaged during the move. Krystal, the office administrator, was also a pleasure to deal with—responsive, organised, and helpful throughout the process.

Mark & Hilli are superstars!!! They arrived on time, super friendly and positive which took the stress away immediately. They got straight to the job efficiently and carefully and had us moved door to door in 5 hours. We will definitely be recommending Toucan again to all our friends, family and clients in real estate.
