Absolutely amazing service. Right from the admin team through to the very professional and efficient Removalists. I have used this company twice now and in both occasions everything went smoothly with no hassles at all. Toucan are by far the best Removals Team we have encountered and they are very competitive in price too. Look no further if you want a flawless removal.

After 30 moves we have finally found THE BEST REMOVALISTS. Daniel, Jackson and Charlie are extremely courteous they are also strong, patient and careful. Navigating heavy furniture through a long corridor with 2 doglegs was a feat that they accomplished like champions. Getting our day bed into a bed room was magical.

Best removals experience!
I have moved house 10 times in the last 20 years and Toucan was easily the best experience.
They were professional, punctual and careful. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Toucan were brilliant to deal with from start to finish. The team arrived on time and got the job done quickly and carefully. They were a really friendly bunch of guys who listened and accommodated our needs excellently. Our move ended up being stress-free. Thank you Toucan!

Toucan Removals are super hero’s & saved us today! These guys should wear a cape as they came and saved our day today after another (clearly inferior) removal company didn’t turn up at scheduled 8am arrival - then ghosted us… not the ideal start to removal day! We noticed a neighbour down the road was moving with a truck being unloaded out the front. So we approached with a last minute request - can they manage another load??? The last minute request was met with a smile and a generous offer to help a Damsel in Distress. Our large fridge and mattresses and other bulky items were moved within the hour by Toucans four friendly and strong guys.
Couldn’t recommend Toucans highly enough - you guys would suit super hero capes - but managed just fine without them!

We used Toucan Removals and Storage for our Commercial Office Move. From initial call to todays removal! They were incredible- went above and beyond for the business, nothing was an issue and they took care with all of our equipment!
They had great attitudes and were both flexible and patient with us! It was a stinking hot day and they did not bat an eyelid at that fact, remaining professional and efficient. Our company will 10/10 recommend and use again!
