Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
I recently used Toucan Removals / Ad Fab The Stress Free Movers for both packing and removal services for my move on the Sunshine Coast, and the experience was excellent throughout.
On day one, Daniel and Daryl completed the full packing service. They arrived on time and worked independently while I was out. When I returned several hours later, I found that they had carefully packed everything and moved approximately 90% of my belongings downstairs, neatly stacking them in the garage to streamline the move the following day. That level of initiative made a noticeable difference.
The next morning, Hili, Daniel, and Sean arrived right on schedule. Once again, I left them onsite while attending to other matters. We met at the destination mid-morning, where they efficiently unloaded and moved everything into my new unit.
The team was consistently professional, efficient, and friendly. They handled my belongings with care, and nothing was damaged during the move. Krystal, the office administrator, was also a pleasure to deal with—responsive, organised, and helpful throughout the process.

Mark & Hilli are superstars!!! They arrived on time, super friendly and positive which took the stress away immediately. They got straight to the job efficiently and carefully and had us moved door to door in 5 hours. We will definitely be recommending Toucan again to all our friends, family and clients in real estate. I recently used Toucan removals and I cannot recommend them enough.
The team were efficient and professional and took great care of our possessions during transit and whilst it was being loaded/unloaded.
The initial quote process was super easy and I was able to book the job in minutes with a very fast response time from the team.
The price for me was what I was most impressed with! I’ve used other removal services in the past and I’ve had to pay up to $1000 more than Toucan charged me!
Will use them for all my moves in the future, highly recommend!

Nathan and Hili from Toucan Removals were super friendly and efficient throughout the entire moving process! They made everything run so smoothly and even handled the extra “little helpers” with four paws like absolute champions🐾. 10/10 recommend the Toucan team, they made moving day stress-free!

Absolutely amazing service. Right from the admin team through to the very professional and efficient Removalists. I have used this company twice now and in both occasions everything went smoothly with no hassles at all. Toucan are by far the best Removals Team we have encountered and they are very competitive in price too. Look no further if you want a flawless removal.
