Great experience. We sold but had 2 weeks in-between settlement and new place. Reds were the perfect company
4 professionals come in loaded a shipping container to perfection (I would have filled 3 of them if I was stacking it). We had alot of stuff and the amount they fit into 1 container to ensure it cost the customer as little as possible was impressive.
All hanging clothes stay on hangers for quick and easy transition from old place to new.
TVs transported in box's and beds and furniture wrapped in protective sheets.
They stored our stuff at their facilitys for 2 weeks (free as they offer 2 weeks free storage)
And then all deliverer to new pad, again 4 professionals asking where and how you want the stuff delivered and into want rooms ect.
Worth every cent

We had a fantastic experience with Red Trucks. They were very easy to deal with, particularly given we had to change dates a couple of times. The staff were polite and very helpful. We had furniture removed, stored and returned due to renovations and we were impressed given the care they took with our furniture by wrapping up what needed to be wrapped and by the way they handled our furniture. We highly recommend using them.

We used Red Truck to relocate our family from Sydney to the Gold Coast and I couldn’t recommend them more. The guys at both ends of the job were really efficient and easy to communicate with. We moved from a second story unit with stair access only and they got everything out quickly and with care. Will definitely use again in the future!

Red Truck Removals and Storage Qld was a very reasonably priced and excellent way to move, store and deliver our home contents using containers with free storage for 14 days. In particular, I was impressed by the respectful and helpful attitude of the removal guys Ajay, Mia, Warwick and Paul. Despite lifting heavy loads including a piano, they remained cheerful, cooperating well with each other throughout the pick up and delivery. I would highly recommend these guys and Red Truck.

I thoroughly recommend Red Truck Removals and Storage.
I chose their company because they provide a shipping container storage solution, which is a great alternative to hiring a storage shed.
I was preparing to sell my home and needed to store my excess furniture and belongings prior to the sale in order to declutter.
A Red Truck team came to my home and loaded everything into the red container and took it to their storage depot. It was locked and safe.
This system saved me so much time, energy and double-handling.
Then when my home had sold, the team brought the container back and loaded the remainder of my things into the container.
They then drove it 4.5 hours to my new location, unloaded everything, and even set up furniture like beds.
Nothing was too much trouble. The team were courteous, friendly and very helpful, throughout the whole process.
I was given a quote for the total costs up front, which included the storage, so I knew exactly how much I had to pay.
The overall cost of hiring the container was very reasonable, and I would definitely use this service again.

Once again I have used the services of Woodhouse Removals and they were every bit as good as the first time! Very helpful and thorough in every way, Aaron and his team took great care of all my possessions down to the smallest pieces. They were very organised and even helped me to stay calm in amongst the upheaval! Thank you again to Aaron and his team and to Fadia and staff in the office for their attention and good work.
