Recently, I purchased a sofa from Koala Living and was highly impressed with the delivery experience. The delivery team arrived on time and handled the sofa with great care. They ensured all packaging was removed and the sofa was assembled efficiently, leaving my living room spotless. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the team was polite and professional. The sofa itself looks fantastic and matches my expectations in both comfort and style. Overall, I am very pleased with both the product and the seamless delivery service provided by Koala Living, and would certainly recommend them to others looking for quality furniture and reliable service

Ordered some goods from Koala Living. The delivery went smoothly and the driver was very courteous. He provided a courtesy call to let us know that delivery will be made one day prior and 30 mins before making the delivery. Excellent communication provided and they completed the job perfectly as well. Rubbish was removed and the space was left clean. Highly recommended

The guys did a fantastic job of delivering and installing our new king size bed.
A huge thanks to them both.
Cleaned everything up and took away all of the excess packaging.

great communication was provided whilst awaiting some furniture delivery from The Furniture Trader. I was given an accurate time slot. delivery drivers were kind and extremely helpful. excellent customer service for all aspects of the team.
