Cannot recommend them highly enough! The team from start to finish was professional, helpful, proactive and a pleasure to deal with. Their quote was over $1,000 cheaper than 3 other local companies (Allied, Toucan and Caloundra Removalist's). They packed and moved for us and the entire process was seamless and everything arrived in perfect condition.

My experience with this company was wonderful. They communicated well, took care of my property in a very efficient manner. They were so quick, I was amazed (without lacking care). They also put my bed together quickly and assisted with a few other things. Tim & Jai were my removalists, and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the move so easy. Thanks guys! We recently engaged Platinum Removals for two major relocations – our warehouse move in July and our head office move in November – and they were outstanding on both occasions.
The team were extremely hardworking, reliable, fast-paced and professional throughout the entire process. They were polite, easy to deal with, and clearly experienced in commercial relocations. Both moves were completed under the nominated time and, impressively, with no damages.

I thought I would never get to enjoy my new marble dining table as the manufacturers delivery drivers told me it was too big to fit in my units lift. I contacted Adam and Josh from Platinum Removals and after supplying them with the dimensions of the table and the dimensions of the lift was assured that delivery was indeed possible. I was kept up to date every step of the process. Me and my friends are now enjoying wonderful evenings seated at my new, beautiful marble dining table thanks to Adam and Josh and a job well done.

Excellent service and communication. Lots of attention to details. The guys were so careful when moving furnitures down narrow corridor. And even helped up fixed up our loose screws on the table. 100% recommend!
