We used Allsafe Self Storage in Burleigh Heads to store our furniture and home contents for over 2 years including our boat. Matt was extremely pleasant to deal with, helpful and accommodating in so many ways, especially when we urgently needed more space at short notice. Our contents were in perfect order when we got them back. We would definitely use Matt and Allsafe storage again and highly recommend you do too!!! Thanks for all your help, Matt. Regards, Rob and Sandra

Recently used All Safe Storage to store my belongings before moving into my new home, and I had a really great experience. Matt was fantastic to deal with; friendly, helpful, organised, and always quick to communicate whenever I had a question. This was my first time hiring a storage unit, and Matt made the whole process so easy and stress-free from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable, access to the facility was straightforward, and the location is easy to find. I’d definitely recommend All Safe Storage to anyone looking for secure, affordable storage and great customer service!

My partner and I used one of the smaller storage units while we were on a work trip for a little over three months. We have a student visa and are from Spain, and honestly, it was very reasonably priced. They offered us a lot of flexibility with the rental dates, which was great. Initially, we planned to stay for just one month, but it ended up being longer, and the company accommodated our schedule and decisions even close to the deadline, as living in a foreign country often requires last-minute decisions. If we travel again, we would definitely use them again.

This is a well-run storage facility. Manager, Matt, is a good communicator and will always attend to your questions in quick order. The facility itself is kept clean and free of obstructions so important where the space to manoeuvre is limited. Good value per square metre also.

Nothing was too much trouble for Matt! Having dealt with Matt at a previous storage facility, I found him at All Safe Burleigh & didn’t hesitate to use their premises. Highly recommend All Safe for all your storage needs 👍
