I required a storage shed for a few months and renting with Allsafe was a great experience. Matt was very helpful, and the storage shed was exactly what I needed at the time. Highly recommend this lovely Burleigh company.

Matt the manager was very helpful and efficient getting me set up with some storage and whenever I saw him when I was there was quick to offer his assistance. The other staff member whose name I don't know but looked to be doing maintenance also, without being prompted, asked if he could help me lift anything. Really both such a pleasure to deal with.

We wanted to ‘declutter’ our house prior to sale. Matt gave us a small unit which was perfect. Clean and compact. Unfortunately the small declutter turned into something a fair bit larger. I told Matt that I had to relocate to a unit closer to home (garage) at such short notice. He was very supportive and I appreciated this. Used this location twice - and would use it an again. Thanx

Excellent place to store, have used Allsafe twice now. Matt is great to deal with and always has a solution. Units are easy to access and kept clean and tidy. Customer service is awesome and nothing is ever a problem. I have used other storage companies before but now I go to Allsafe every time.

Okay, I am very surprised this place has so many positive reviews! Firstly, I’d like to say that the staff is friendly, however there’s a few things I’m unhappy with. When we asked the staff for quotes they told us that we’d need a small storage for a 2 bedroom household with all this extra stuff we had, including gym equipment etc. I thought it would be safer to go with a single sized garage storage, but the staff assured us it would fit in the smaller one because you can stack things up. On the moving day, we ended up needing to hire ANOTHER storage as that one ended up being too small. So it turned out more expensive for us hiring 2 storages instead of 1 bigger one. Also, since we lacked experience as that was our first time renting out a storage, we weren’t aware there could be so many pests inside the storage, I wish we were at least warned, so we could put some poison in the storage. Our things that were at the top were all dirty, covered in dust, my MacBook box had droppings inside it, I have no idea how they got in there, the box was sealed, but it was disgusting. There were pest droppings on so many things! Inside drawers, inside some boxes, on top of some furniture. It was insane. I’m really disgusted and upset, we had so much cleaning to do. So I wouldn’t recommend using this business at all! Would be much safer and cleaner to use a storage that’s all closed off, inside a building, at room temperature, and make sure the place does pest control in all the storage spaces.Read more
