The Removals Group were great. Ben, the owner arranged everything for us without any problems.
Kye & Jumanji were the removalists who did all the heavy work & were fantastic.
They were diligent, efficient, professional & very friendly.
If I move again, I would definitely use them again.

Worst removals company I have come across ( and I have done moves all across Australia and Europe ), inept, so slow moving it was ludicrous, heavily overpriced for the poor quality service I received ( $5600 to do HALF a move of a 2 bedroom apartment and that took TWO DAYS ), lied about where our furniture would be stored ( we had expensive wines and he had said they would be kept in a temperature controlled environment, instead just stuck in a shed at storage king ), tried to claim we had '65 cubic metres' of furniture to try and get more money ( we had 36 cubic metres ).
NO FURNITURE WAS WRAPPED WHICH INCLUDED EXPENSIVE PICTURES, TV's etc, tv’s stored on their side, ( his 'written guarantee' about no damages is about as worthwhile as the service they provide as there was thousands of dollars of damage which he has refused to compensate ).
Still hasn’t removed his boxes and paper despite - another - one of his worthless guarantees.
Do yourself a favour and hire a truck and get some backpackers and pay them cash, you will get better quality.Read more

Ben, Kai and his team provided excellent and professional service. My wife and I are so glad we chose the Removals Group which made our move with kids so much easier. They also did a great job of moving our piano.

Had an easy and hassle-free move thanks to The Removals Group! Kai and Jinpei were so helpful, especially getting heavy items up our two flights of stairs (!) and we would 100% book again if we need to move in future. 10/10 recommend.
