If I could put zero stars in, I would. Gary and his employee moved our furniture back into our home today (from our garage). We first arranged for him to come to the home we were staying in while renovating. We were sent a message from the office that they would be at our place between 8-8.30. Gary arrived at 7.30 and seemed pretty annoyed that we weren't ready. He then loaded what he needed to and drove off without saying a word. So we rushed into our car and met him at our place.
He then moved what we needed him to. Paid him his money, and he took off pretty quickly. I realised afterwards why he left quickly, there were two scratches on my brand new polished floorboards from the back of the house all the way to where the fridge was. When I called to tell him, his continued response was that he did a professional job by DRAGGING the fridge with a blanket all the way through my home. Our mistake was not checking our home before he left. Tonight, we sat in our new recliner, and we found that it was not done properly because it was not moving as before. When we checked, we noticed the head was incorrectly positioned, and a clip was broken off. I would not recommend this company at all. We felt uncomfortable and a nuisance in our own home, and the move was not from someone who was as professional as he adamantly claimed.Read more

Gary and his team were fantastic to deal with and made our move a breeze. Karen and Emma were always responsive and happy to answer any of our questions and concerns. Added bonus that they were super cautious of our cats and working around our needs.

Gary and his team were absolutely fabulous. Made a stressful day extremely smooth. Very thankful. And of course, loved a bit of banter inbetween too! Will definitely come back if I move again.

Overall a lovely, smooth process throughout and great value for money. I was able to organise the service in a short timeframe and communicated efficiently to do so, every interaction I had with the staff in organising the service and on the day was positive and comforting. On the day, they did an amazing job - quick and thorough and looked after the furniture well! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will be using the service again.

May have been a few years but it’s one I can’t let go. The boys rocked up on time & loaded the truck as slow as possible. Everything was tied down as if going to Brisbane. We even paid for there lunch time, when unloading the owner ran the bbq though the house, argued & swore at the mrs & got heated over being ripped off. 3/4 hour job turned into a full day & the trip was less then 2 klm away. Stay clear& even the office 🐄 has a gob on her.
