Thank you to SmartMove for an easy moving experience! The team arrived with five men and a truck, ute, and van, and they worked quickly and efficiently to move furniture across three levels, including awkward and bulky pieces of equipment. Communication was great throughout the whole process, and the crew handled everything with great care. Phillip, Phillip, Anderson, Anderson and Izac made the move incredibly easy. The whole move was smooth and well organised thanks to Dom and Cat. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable removalist team!

From the very first contact ,Dom and his team were so professional and helpful it was a huge relief that everything was so competently taken care with regard to all arrangements. We used the module storage for 3 months (3 modules) and 3 modules(1 week). Everything went like clockwork and the actual removal guys were super , a credit to their company. I would highly recommend them. We have recommended to all our friends and the unit block .

Had an excellent experience with these guys. The team was professional, punctual, and handled all of our belongings with great care. Communication was clear and easy, and the whole process felt completely stress-free. Everything arrived in perfect condition! Best company and team you could do your move with. We had an absolute 5-star experience with them, all the way from booking to the final payment after move.
I cannot speak highly enough of the removal team. Their professionalism, excellent attitude and level of care were exceptional. Our move took a fair bit of time and I could see how tired they both were, but even until very last moment they didn't lose their smile and positive attitude. They moved everything with care and thought of smart ways to handle tricky situations.

The best customer experience I've had. The convenience of order acceptances, storage and delivery. As an international mover and relocating to a remote Island meant this was a complex move. The Smart Move team handled it with ease and a smile. Thanks Dom, Cat and the team. You are the best!!
