Cracking job from start to finish. One ding in aluminium kitchen bin which was due an upgrade anyway so all good. Dom, you're great to deal with and your team is a credit to you. The lads on the truck were efficient, polite, helpful, patient and professional. We'll be back for the next move. Thank you!

It has been such a pleasure dealing with Smart Move from moving out of our house, to the storage to the movers and the admin staff. The movers in particular where so careful and nothing was too much to ask with moving and removing things. All the furniture and items that were in storage for 1 year were in perfect condition.

Felipe and Raul were amazing and so helpful. They took care with all my furniture and wrapped everything to protect it. They completely went beyond my expectations. Five stars plus. Danilo and Matthew came and also helped with a tricky daybed having to be lowered over a balcony. No issues and so capable. Very professional team and incredibly respectful of your home. 👍👍

Fantastic from the start! Easy website to get a quote, book and choose what you need. Boomerang boxes were awesome, they also provide everything to wrap and pack our items!!. On the day the guys were great, friendly, considerate and so careful and knowledgeable on how to transport our home. I would recommend these guys

Very happy with everything.
The dudes rocked up on time. They got stuck straight into it and packed like pros. They took extra initiative and consideration to ensuring delicates were handled and stored properly. They asked questions to ensure they were doing what was required.
Upon emptying of the truck they helped to put everything in a suitable location which helped massively.
Totally worth it. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Smartmove's performance was excellent. Even better than 3 years ago. Nick on the phone was really charming.
He goes out of his way to find solutions. He is very flexible and makes sure to turn our stress into a pleasant experience.
The 2 movers, Allan and Andy, who came to take away our stuff were really very professional, very polite, smiling, fast and helpful.
We stored our belongings in the Smartmove's storage. The fact of having stuff divided into different modules that we can have access is really very convenient.
We warmly recommend smartmove. Our customer experience was amazing.
