Simon’s team are the loveliest guys, they were an absolute delight to have around on a pretty intense day. Nothing was too much trouble. Smooth and responsive service from initial call to box collection; a great recommendation which I happily pass on!

Simon and his team are without doubt the best removalists we have used. They were recommended to us, and we recommend them to anyone needing a professional outfit that truly takes care of your belongings, responds quickly, and goes out of their way to ensure you get excellent service. Our tree change took three parts, moving out of our Sydney house (during a deluge where they kept everything dry), storage for two months, and then delivery to a regional area. We even had things delivered to the storage facility while in transit, and they were happy to accommodate us and take delivery. Overall, we couldn't fault them and highly recommend their services.

The owner Simon came out to us well in advance to do a quote. He listened and was very informative about the move. Simon supplied us with all the packing material which was a relief as we then knew that we got quality moving boxes and he then kept in touch with us during the 'packing weeks'. On the day of the move he showed up on time with Michael, Arthur and Dom who handled our move. These guys worked straight through and for such a big move, I am so grateful that nothing was damaged. Nothing was a problem for these guys and they packed the moving vans so carefully and throughout the move they were so professional and polite. The prices Key Removals & Storage quote are competitive and hence I would recommend for anyone thinking of doing a move to contact Simon. We will only use Key Removals & Storage for our future moves and I highly recommend Simon and his team for anyone who needs a stress-free move.

Simon was recommended by our real estate agent as a reliable quality service . We were very happy with Key removals , our move was complicated which required a great deal of coordination, along with temporary storage and other issues. Simon handled it all in his stride, very unflappable and easy to contact and communicate with. He has a good team working for him , to whom nothing was too much trouble. Nothing was broken and his team was very careful. They were always on time. I would recommend Simon and his team at Key Removals as an excellent removal service which is also very reliable.

Simon and his team have been absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for more.
We have moved over 15 times, so we are very familiar with the process. But we have never had to combine storage and moving together. Simon made this effortless.
We were recommended by Upstate Real Estate Agents and I’m so happy they did.
Our belongings had to be divided, stored separately and delivered to two different addresses and not a single mistake occurred. And not one breakage either.
Honestly, I was so thrilled with the service that I praised them on my own fb page and told all of my friends on the Northern Beaches to only use them.
Simon from Key Removals is the only person I would use again when moving.
