Kunal and Harvey are highly professional and did a great job protecting all the furniture. Their communication skills are excellent, which made the process smoother. However, the final cost was significantly higher than the initial quote, and the additional hourly fee was not disclosed until after the deposit was paid. They charged $120 for an extra half-hour, which is considerably more than other companies that charge between $100 and $130 per hour. Moving from Brisbane to Hervey Bay cost me around $2300, compared to $1750 for the same move previously. Additionally, insurance was not included in their service, whereas most other moving companies do provide coverage. If you're seeking quality movers, they deliver, but if affordability is a priority, you might want to look elsewhere.

Would not recommend! didn’t bother to turn up at the right time between 7-9. so had to wait until midday for someone from another move to get the job done. Wasn’t even given a discount for lack of communication. My partner had to help the boys move some furniture as they were struggling. $600 for 2 hours of work? What a rip off. GO ELSEWHERE.
