Hina, Sing, Peni and David were absolutely amazing today. We were blown away with the speed and efficient loading and unloading and filling the trucks to capacity. Nothing was too much trouble and their cheery mannerism was a blessing in making what could have been a very stressful day easy for us. We highly recommend Optimoves and this team. Karen and Dave

Nathan and Pete did a fantastic job on moving my family into our new property! If i could give more than 5 stars i would, their professionalism and work ethic was fantastic! Definitely recommend these guys for your move!

Very glad I chose Optimove. Huge thanks to Quentin and Nathan for making a very stressful time so much easier. They were absolute professionals from start to finish, helped us organise all the rooms and were spot on with with the estimated job time.
All furniture was wrapped or protected with blankets and was moved carefully, didn't have to worry things getting damaged at all. And they didn't mind the new house had no power on arrival.

Do not move with this company! These fake reviews got me, don’t let them get you! Biggest moving mistake I’ve ever made, use anyone other than these people.
Firstly, their 1.5hr call out fee ($330) will be the start of the poor service delivered by them. Secondly, the extremely slow service. 4 hours to move 1 bed (pulled apart for them as they didn’t have tools), 1 table/chair set, 1 small couch, 1 tall boy (light weight, 1 person can carry it), fridge and washing machine… on top of that, having to move the truck during the move as they reversed the back of it to the bush, when I told them they will need it around the other way to load the items the response I was given was “no it’s all good we will use the side door”, they in fact did not use the side door and had to move it whilst I paid them. Thirdly, don’t rely on their protective wrapping, they will either tear it and damage your items anyway or not have it and tell you “tough luck”. Lastly, I hope you don’t care about your items, they will damage them and not compensate you, every single item I had moved by them was damaged - stains on the white couch, foam crushed in my chairs, mattress crushed, mattress torn from being dragged on the ground, scratch and ding on the fridge, scratch on the bed frame, tallboy broken.
They’re also unable to correctly pack a storage unit, they will take up twice as much space as needed, 5x3m storage unit barely fit the belongings of a 1 bedroom home which should been enough room for a 2-3 bed.
For the love of god do anything other than use this company to move your belongings.
I had contacted them on the day of the move in regards to the damage caused by them and was ignored.
- update in response to the companies response: the move took 4 hours not 3 ($1,110 was our fee). It was not an entirely furnished apartment as I had just the big items taken by your movers (listed above) which weren’t all taken as they took too long. The storage unit is a 15min drive from the unit, not 30. I did ask for the bed to be pulled apart when booking, your movers did not have the tools needed (hex key & screw driver). The items should have been moved safely, leaving me no need to check on them until it was time to take them out. All damage was noticed as they came out of storage one by one, before the better team of removalists carefully handled them.
I will also mention for future potential customers care, seeing that you have lied in your response, that the movers tried to pressure us into leaving a 5 star review before they left which is extremely unethical leading to false reviews…

This is the third time I have used Optimove to move and as always I can’t recommend them enough.
Each time I have used them they have maintained a very high standard of work.
For my latest move we were combining two large households from two different locations and moving to our new home in a third location a couple of hours away
The move was very large and we had a team of 5 men and two of the largest trucks.
From the moment of booking with lovely Lita in the office and the continuous changes to the move date due to changes in settlements with our new home, the service I received was always helpful, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble.
On the big day of the move the teams arrived right on time and with huge smiles on their faces. They did a quick walk through of the property to see what lie ahead and got straight to work.
Each item was wrapped with blankets and plastic wrap and handled with great care.
The guys moved super quick and loaded the first place in no time.
At the second location we faced a few more difficulties with harder, narrower access and a few heavy Bulky items. Once again everything was wrapped and protected and they were able to manoeuvre the furniture through without causing damage.
With two trucks packed tightly we headed to new home and the speed in which they unloaded was crazy. By this time it was late in the afternoon on a stinking hot day but the guys were moving with the same speed and enthusiasm as they did when the first arrived that morning.
I cannot thank the boys Hina, tani and the team enough, sorry guys I will update this when I remember all your names.

Highly recommend Optimove. Silvie at the office is very helpful and very responsive to the changes we have to make. The guys Rocky and Justin are very punctual and took care of all our belongings, carefully wrapping them before loading onto the truck. They are friendly and very easy to communicate with. Thanks team, greatly appreciate your help with our move! Will definitely use your service again.
