Just moved to our new place today with Optimove! They were 10 minutes early, got in to working straight away! I have a two story house so there was double the furniture. (For context) Communication was perfect, work was tidy, very professional, very helpful, very fast! no complaints on our end. would definitely recommend working with Elijah, Supi, & Namu!!! And will be coming back in the near future!!

Wow! Thanks Optimove. Appreciate your assistance in my temporary move.
(Flooding due to neighbour’s burst flexipipe which inundated ten units in our block. Beware - they have a short lifespan and should be banned!)
Thanks to the office staff team, Trevor and Georgia for their friendly assistance and especially Una, an extra special thanks to Una for her patience, reassurances, double checking all the details and for making sure everything went to plan. For the hard workers themselves, I can’t thank Rayzor and Fala enough for making the move as seamless and painless as possible. They called, turned up on time, 9:00 - yay, parked the truck thoughtfully and went above and beyond to help me. They are a great team, two very strong, courteous, helpful, careful and hardworking young men.
I’m a very grateful and relieved and happy customer! Picture evidence!

Leni & Nathan were amazing, they arrived on time promptly and acted accordingly. They moved everything without no hesitation and wrapped it neatly and professionally. I was super impressed and stress free with out worrying about the furniture being scratched broken. They delivered everything perfectly, thank you so much. Looking forward to working with the boys in future movements.

I recently used Optimove for our interstate move from Sydney to Brisbane, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, punctual, and handled everything with genuine care - from packing and loading to unloading and setting up at the new home.
Communication was excellent throughout the process; they kept me informed at every stage and made the entire move completely stress-free. All our furniture arrived in perfect condition, and they worked efficiently without cutting any corners.

we couldn’t be more glad we chose Optimove. the whole process was so seamless from making a booking through to moving day. customer service was always so helpful and you receive prompt updates upon booking, a day before and on the day of the move. You will have comprehensive and easy to understand emails on insurance and all other details needed.
Massive shoutout to our removalists Sini and Sam who were punctual and very efficient. They covered our appliances and furnitures nicely and navigated carefully every time so you are confident that your items are handled with no damages/scratches. We started at 7am and by 8:20 we were all done and dusted (noting that we only moved 4mins away). I am very happy with their service and highly recommend! Look no further, go with Optimove!

Hina, Sing, Peni and David were absolutely amazing today. We were blown away with the speed and efficient loading and unloading and filling the trucks to capacity. Nothing was too much trouble and their cheery mannerism was a blessing in making what could have been a very stressful day easy for us. We highly recommend Optimoves and this team. Karen and Dave
