1. they are definitely not fast and as they charge per hour, be prepared to pay a lot
2. they don't wrap goods/mattresses, so be prepared to clean it after the move

I was not told about extra charges in the case of 7 steps at building. The estimated cost was way lower then what was charged in the end as we paid double what the person I booked it with. All these fees they calculated and movers where going so slow for 8 things. The movers where nice just we had to be rushing it because of cost obviously we had a budget.

Great service from the removalist team, arrived on time, very efficient, pity cabt be said about the office response. I have been requesting a receipt for my payment and they can't be bothered to send me a receipt. Money been paid, no receipt issued. Word of warning don't pay until they give a receipt or an invoice. Never receive an invoice either.

The two Brazilian guys that moved my furniture today were brilliant. Very fast, super helpful and capable and very kind. It took less time than I had expected. So pleased I used Fast Movers.

I highly recommend Fast Movers, I have used them 5 times over the past 4 years, and I can say with confidence, should I need to move again, I would not use any other company. From the friendly helpful staff in the office to the removalist themselves, their service is is impeccable. They are hands down competitive on price, I have never had any damages, they have always treated my belongings with respect. They have always been punctual on pick up times, offering professional and quick packing and unpacking, no hidden extras after the quote has been supplied. Fantastic work ethic, taking the stress out of moving home.
