I contacted them for a quote a few days before moving, was told I could message them to confirm. I text to confirm a date and time, no reply. I followed up they asked for a time, I gave them the time that they quoted. But they didn't reply again. The day leading up to I messaged and then called. And they didn't show on the day. Totally ignored me. I was not rude, I was not hassling them disappointed as I had used their service in the past and had shared their contact with a few friends who have used them also. Safe to say I will not be using their service again and neither will my friends.

Worst worst removal, worst experience. They will damage your property and doesn’t even care about anything. Both Staff and the owner are very rude and disrespectful, verbally abusing. Zero professionalism and unreliable. They don’t care about rules and policy. Damaged the property and isn’t responsible at all moreover they finish their job, destroy things and doesn’t receive call after that. We had to pay huge amount for the damaged property of the building just because of them.

Never use this removals, not answering calls and messages, not updating the arrival time. Did not arrive on time, late for more than 1 hour, not sure coming or not, very stressful, Very unprofessional and dissatisfied. Will never use and not recommend to others as well.

Do not use this very unprofessional moving company. Their truck driver is extremely careless. Around 3 PM on 9 July 2024, when they were moving, their truck knocked down a wall. Instead of assisting in resolving the issue, they just quickly fled, not answering calls or responding messages. Would you dare to use such a moving company that not only has poor driving skills but is also extremely careless? Please think carefully before using them.

Not recommended at all, lazy workers wasting time beyond acceptable limits.
They came with no tools, and borrowed my screwdrivers, spanner, shifter and tape.
One guy spent most of the time talking on the phone, used my toilet without permission, peed on the toilet seat and left it without cleaning it.
Smoking and talking on the phone while removing furniture. Broke my couch and a couple of screws on bed frame.
Stains on my sofas and few screws from bed frames are bent due to bad storage in the truck.
Refused to take my tv saying I only had one mattress and they need two so they can put the tv between them, what a jerk. Terrible terrible service.
Thet are not equipped properly to do removals, I absolutely don't recommend them. Save your money and choose other removalists.
