Do not use this very unprofessional moving company. Their truck driver is extremely careless. Around 3 PM on 9 July 2024, when they were moving, their truck knocked down a wall. Instead of assisting in resolving the issue, they just quickly fled, not answering calls or responding messages. Would you dare to use such a moving company that not only has poor driving skills but is also extremely careless? Please think carefully before using them.

Not recommended at all, lazy workers wasting time beyond acceptable limits.
They came with no tools, and borrowed my screwdrivers, spanner, shifter and tape.
One guy spent most of the time talking on the phone, used my toilet without permission, peed on the toilet seat and left it without cleaning it.
Smoking and talking on the phone while removing furniture. Broke my couch and a couple of screws on bed frame.
Stains on my sofas and few screws from bed frames are bent due to bad storage in the truck.
Refused to take my tv saying I only had one mattress and they need two so they can put the tv between them, what a jerk. Terrible terrible service.
Thet are not equipped properly to do removals, I absolutely don't recommend them. Save your money and choose other removalists.

Disappointing Service Experience
I and my flatmates hired this removal company, Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. Despite agreeing upon a specific time for the service, the provider did not show up on time. Additionally, they were unresponsive to my calls, which made it difficult to communicate and resolve the issue.
Had to go to work after removal but because of their unprofessional working style, couldn't go to work on time had to call other removals.
Furthermore, one year ago same thing happened, they were late and when they arrived they took longer time than expected and was slow (not sure if they wanted to charge us for extra hours). Thought they would be better and gave them another chance, but did a mistake.
Overall, I would not recommend this service due to their unreliable service, lack of communication, and time-consuming practices.

Really happy with the service. I had booked them very last minute when another mover didnt show up. But Ktm removalists arrived on time even on a public holiday and did an amazing job. They were very polite and helpful. Thankyou so much.

I had to move twice within three months, both times using 'Nepali Removals.' The first move went well, and I even tipped $50 on top of our agreement. However, the second move was disappointing. They took longer than agreed, damaged my belongings, and mishandled boxes, resulting in damages. Despite my complaints, there was no response from Madhad, who was supposed to address the issues upon his return from Melbourne. It was the worst moving experience I've had in Australia. They damaged my buffet and tore the lampshade, whether intentionally or not, they shouldn't touch anyone's property.
