I had a fantastic experience with this removalist team. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and hassle-free from start to finish.
The team arrived on time, well prepared, and extremely professional. They handled all furniture and boxes with great care, wrapping delicate items properly and making sure nothing was damaged during the move. What impressed me most was their efficiency and teamwork — they worked quickly but never rushed or handled anything roughly.
They were also very polite and friendly, which made the whole moving day much less stressful. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they were happy to accommodate small requests along the way.
All my items arrived safely, and the move was completed faster than I expected. It’s rare to find a removalist team that is both efficient and careful, but these guys absolutely delivered.
I would 100% use their service again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers.Read more

We have used Da Jin a number of times for our moving. They are very good and we highly recommend them. We won't use anyone else except for Da Jin.

Very satisfied with the service. The movers were hardworking, careful and well-organised. The whole move was much smoother than expected.
I especially want to thank Mr. Shen & Mr Zhang. They noticed a small issue with the payment and proactively refunded the overcharged amount. This kind of honesty and attention to detail is really rare these days, and it left a very strong positive impression.
Would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

I cannot recommend Dajin Removals highly enough. From start to finish, the entire moving experience was flawless, stress-free, and incredibly professional. If you’re looking for a removalist who truly goes above and beyond, this is the team.
A special shout-out to Jayden and Victor - these guys were absolutely phenomenal. Punctual, polite, extremely careful, and impressively efficient. They handled every single item as if it were their own, from heavy furniture to delicate belongings, with zero damage and total care. BE AWARE the absolute WORST, RUDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL removal company I have booked.
I should have realised when I rang their phone number and the one time she picked up, she had a baby crying with her. She never answers calls. And replys to messages sent at 9 AM in the morning, at 11:30 PM. And then came the movers. One of them had an annoyed look from the beginning. Then they started moving stuff and just half an hour later one of them went to the bathroom while I was not looking. And did not even wash his hand. When I confronted him as to why he used the bathroom without permission. He had nothing to say. Then I had to personally give him soap and ask him to wash his hands. And just a few minutes later the other one came to me asking to use the bathroom with a very rude manner and I said no and he got angry, telling me 'I work for you why I can't use the bathroom' I said you can't use my bathroom but if you want take a break.
What kind of ridiculous logic is that? Because I PAY them to work for me he has the right to use my personal bathroom as if it was a public bathroom. What if I had feminine things in my bathroom that I did not feel comfortable showing anyone. When I continuously messaged and rang their work, which as always never answers. Later I got a phone call back and I explained the situation to her, she started defending them saying 'you can't tell a grown man not to use the bathroom if he wanted to' and I am thinking what are this people thinking, this is my house. And I asked her if they been working for hours I would understand, but half an hour after they started they used the bathroom. Do they have a problem? Then she hung up on me pretending to have a call while again a baby was crying in the background.
It's like they do not have a bathroom at their own place. They started at 7AM and one of the used my bathroom by 7 : 30 AM.
Can you be any more rude treating people's homes like public bathroom with zero hygiene. Shame on you.Read more

The team from Da Jin Removals are so fantastic!! Great value for money!!
Always lovely communication with their admin re confirmation of booking prior to moving day and the guys are very hard workers who turn up on time and work consistently to get the job done.
Furniture is always delivered in perfect condition and they work very quickly to complete the job within a few hours!!
This is the third time I have used Da Jin as removalists and I will always be a repeat customer anytime I need to move.
Can’t recommend them highly enough 🙂
