Truck 11 Roni and Mark provided exceptional service, spread over two VERY HOT days from Penrith to Cambridge Park, and were the epitome of professionalism. Highly recommended.

These guys are THE BEST Removalists in Sydney. They, despite what that other guy said, don’t speak great English, though I have found the company always sends one guy who does. They are friendly, professional and work incredibly hard and carefully. Jimmy and Johnson are a dynamic duo who went far beyond what many other Removalists would.
My brother has used this company for over 12 years as they have had to rent for years…used these guys every time, without any issues. 10/10. Thanks so much 🤗

Awful service! They confirmed the amount in writing and the day before they tell me they charge me extra for steps. When I explained this was not advised to me the person on the phone started speaking over me and I had to tell her to call down. Worst customer service ever! I told her to calm down and she ended the call. I will be making a formal complaint with ACCC.

This company is the worse company I have ever seen. Absolutely disgusting service. DO NOT hire them. No customer service whatsoever. And just read the reviews and you will understand how disgraceful they are.

If giving negative stars was possible it would definitely happen with this company.
Where do I even begin, my partner and I have just experienced the worst possible service. After speaking with there reception team and getting a quote for the job required my partner and I were happy to proceed with this company however after todays removal it has shattered all future business. First of all they were late by almost 2 hours, then the level of effort they treated the job was next to nothing poor.
After finally getting 90% of our furniture and belongings up to the new apartment the 2 non speaking English workers decided to call the boss and threaten my partner and I for more money then originally quoted. After refusing to meet there terms they started to shout and get very hostile towards my partner and I. It got to the stage we’re unfortunately I had to use force to get them away from my partner and away from my apartment.
I then received numerous amounts of calls from there so called boss threatening to damage our property and call the police.
To cut it short please for who ever is thinking of moving, do yourself a favour and never reach out to this company. They will agree on a price before the job and then when the job is almost finished they will stop working and demand more money and get aggressive.Read more

Be very careful and read everything they send you. I got a quote originally for 4 hours 2 men at $1208.00. Detailed quote then added on extra steps if they park a certain distance ( their choice) any stairs you are charged per step, $748 EXTRA for Long Distance additional hours, Toll and fuel levy ( there was a fixed Travel cost as well which I assumed meant all travel costs are included). Total cost $2545.00. Extra hours were charged at a higher rate. Used lots of removalists but these costs were the worst. The actual guys doing the work could not be faulted. Pity about the management's greedy charges. Why give me the original quote when they knew it was long distance and then add all the extras???
