The team at Giffen from the office staff to those doing the hard yards at the front end with pickup and delivery were professional and responsive to our needs. They care about what they do and the service they deliver. We highly recommend Giffen to those looking for secure storage or moving services. A great family business. Eric and Ann

We used Giffen to move up north two years ago and because we were so happy with the service, used them again to return back down south. The admin assistance is prompt and friendly, we were able to organise a truck within a week and the removals team were on time and took so much care with our furniture.

Sonny and Leighton were great at communicating the day before arrival, the day of arrival and arrived exactly when they said. They were careful with all items and very professional. I will use them again.
I also used Giffen again, April 2023, and again Sonny and Leighton moved for me. They went over and above and communicated prior to collections and followed up after collection with a phone number I requested. Highly professional experience. Strongly recommended. Thanks so much! Christina

I used Giffen to backload furniture from Northern Beaches Sydney to Redcliffe. Joel and Jack were great to deal with and some expert driving from Jack to negotiate the alley ways of the storage facility in Sydney.
Joel and TJ arrived at Redcliffe to unload my things. Again great to deal with and the job was done quickly and efficiently with no issues - everything arriving just as it left including the family heirloom china cabinet
I’ve always heard it’s stressful and costly to move interstate but these guys made it easy and backloading is an excellent option if you are flexible with dates

Recently had them do a move for from Brisbane. They insisted all my expensive power tools go in boxes even though I advised they needed to be carried loose.
Here is the result.
- Grease stains on corners of couch
- Damaged scroll saw
- Damaged drill press
- Compressor had the drain valve snapped off and I specifically told them to be careful with it.
- Brand new LG fridge now has 3 dents and scrapes from straps.
Far from impressed.
I do not recommend Giffen removals at all.
