My father booked Brett for a whole house removal from the country to the Central Coast. A few days before the scheduled move, he finally heard from Brett who advised that due to mechanical issues, the move could not go ahead. My father had paid a $500 deposit and has been chasing a refund of this deposit for over 2 weeks. Brett is viewin, but not responding to any of the communication my father is sending.

Booked a move and he finally answered the phone and told me his truck broke down and offered a refund but now he doesn't even respond to my queries, I lodged a complaint with fair trading but I am not at all hopeful. I just hope karma catches up with him.

Worst experience ever I had in my life. Brett agreed to pick up my furniture and after 2 weeks he didn't, I paid him advance to book , I had to run behind him get that money once he cancelled the pick up after 2 weeks. He agreed to me and the real estate agent he will pay the rent for 2 weeks for keeping my furniture in the unit as he couldn't pick it up on time because of his fault , but didn't paid it. He gave sleepless nights for 2 weeks. Worst removals. I agree he quote less but gives more drama and head ache than you experienced in you whole life.

If you're looking for someone reliable and trustworthy I would not recommend using his service.
Brett moved some my grandmothers belongings to Brisbane, and failed to unload the rest of it. He had claimed there was not enough room in the storage unit- which was not true. He then took half of the belongings back to Cowra and refused to bring them to Brisbane without a hefty payment for storage fees and travelling fees which would not have been necessary if he had just unload everything the first time. This caused my grandmother, father and I a great amount of stress as we were unsure we would ever be able to get her items delivered to her. To be acting like this towards vulnerable customers is an absolute disappointment and I would not recommend his service to anyone! If I could give negative stars I would.

Brett moved my Mothers furniture from Cowra to Brisbane. He didn’t unload all of her belongings when he arrived in Queensland - he claimed there wasn’t enough room in the storage unit provided.
Brett did not contact us and ask us to change the size of the storage unit, or ask for any other input. He just left Brisbane and told us what was happening when he was already on the road. He took a number of boxes and pieces of furniture back to Cowra with him. He told my Mother not to worry, that he would bring the rest of her belongings back on a subsequent trip to Brisbane, and it wouldn’t cost her more.
There was plenty of room left in the storage unit when we inspected. This should have been our first alarm.
10 days later, my youngest brother died suddenly and unexpectedly. My Mother contacted Brett. He told her not to worry, and to contact him when she was ready.
My Mother later contacted him. It had been some time, and there was no communication between either of them during this period. Brett responded by telling my Mother that it would cost her another $5000 for storage fees, and for re-delivery. This amounted to double the cost of her move - for an issue that should never have arisen.
