We had a delivery date condition which they confirmed.
The day after the container was packed they changed the date to 5 days later, which totally disrupted plans and cost us money and disruption.
Soft furnishings - a lot were left unwrapped despite promise and condition they would be , as a result lots of markings on soft furniture
Art work was only wrapped in the packing rugs not properly wrapped and packaged as the sales person stated.
Over all , poor service , damaged furnishing and artwork

Choosing this company for storage was the biggest mistake of my life. first the turned it away on the arrival date. When it finally arrived they doubled the price and then kept threatening me and demanding money even though I had paid a year in advance. Choosing this company has turned into a nightmare. Stay away from them or you will be sorry.
Nothing positive to say at all.
