Update: turns out the ‘comprehensive’ insurance does not cover damage to stuff during the move. (In phone call they explained it only covered fire, flood and theft) They offered a very small amount of money, not enough to replace door but i initially agreed just to close the matter. However they sent through very legalistic form in which i had to agree to edit this post to remove any comments about the damage (even though they are true) and never ever mention it to anyone. Was way over the top for such a small incident. As i mentioned they are actually a very good professional team. But they should look at improving their insurance and/ or handling such small incidents a bit less over the top. So one more star removed for misleading insurance statement on website and over the top attempt at resolution. Next time i will be ringing to check what the actual insurance covers before booking.
