Marten and his team did an excellent job today. Outcome couldn’t have been any better, very time efficient, and communication was smooth. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience has been disheartening and stressful and I felt I had to share it.
At first, they seemed friendly and fast, but after we paid, they changed completely. They abandoned the job halfway, left items behind, and demanded extra money ($400 + $100 fuel) to bring things into the house—even though it was all included in the $1,600 cash quote confirmed via text.
I told them upfront what was being moved, even sold the gym and a cabinet to make it easier. Still, they showed up with a tiny 3-ton truck, complained about “too many boxes” (in a house move?!), and made three rushed trips. They left our mattresses outside, dumped furniture carelessly, and never came back for the final load after promising they would.
Worse, they refused to bring in boxes, saying they weren’t part of the deal—so my daughter, who recently had a back injury, had to carry everything herself. We even had to hire a trailer ourselves and return to the old house to finish what they left behind.
They operate under different names (two “Sams”, one “Alex”) using the same number, and no one takes responsibility. It’s chaotic, evasive, and dishonest.
I have all the messages, photos, and records—and I’m lodging a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading. Avoid at all costs.

Was really happy with the job. Had some really heavy items like a slate pool table but they still worked efficiently. They were very honest as well; I paid them cash during the job, but they ended up finishing early and actually gave me some of the money back.

These guys were just great. Arrived on time organised the loading and unloading of our entire unit efficiently and handled every single item with care, wrapping all delicate items carefully - nothing broken or scratched! Once we arrived at our new home, they placed every item in it's correct location through good consultation. Absolute professionals and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend. Our move was from Canada Bay to Ashfield and it was done in approximately 8hrs with 2 men and an 8 tonne truck. Thank you, gents appreciate your huge effort.

Book for a move from Brisbane to Melbourne for two large trucks. The guys were absolutely fabulous! Couldn’t recommend enough. Will be using them again
