Very disappointed.
Truck leaks and was dirty
Owner not helpful
Items damaged to the cost of $15,000 and the owner had no insurance.
For someone with a Huge amount of experience the service was unacceptable

I have done business with this guy for quite a few years now. The guy is straightforward, and looks after clients as much as he can. His equipment is pretty good, although not as new as a major rental company. The big difference ,is that he is an owner operated small business , and if he can help you out, like picking you up at the railway station or Bus Terminal to get your vehicle HE WILL! I reckon that sort of service is hard to find nowadays ,and deserves your support.

If I could I would put a negative star rating. The trailer we hired only made it to Newcastle before one of the wheels required urgent attention due to the bearing collapsing. On to Sydney and faulty wiring blew the fuse in our car. Last but not least, this waterproof trailer leaked. Yes he did refund us the cost of repairs but we had to use our insurance to get it towed home and he would not refund our rental fee. Avoid avoid avoid.

Excellent service by Ken & his men moving property during lockdown. Great price, arrived early, and were polite and very helpful. Would recommend, and use their services again.
