Unfortunately this was the worst move I have ever experienced including threats from the removalists to 'off-load' my items, aggressive conduct and rough treatment of antiques - in particular lifting items from the top - which is a basic mistake.
Seemed unable to judge whether items would fit into spaces or through doorways
