All 3 movers who moved us smoked drugs and couldn't go 20min with a ' trip to the back of the truck together' and then came back inside smelling of cannabis and the sales rep at the time of quite told us no more than 6 weeks and you get an app that tracks for containers every move which is false all you get is a website that shows you what date it's roughly due to port

I chose this company based on others' experience with a predecessor company. I thought this company might have some integrity, but they saw an opportunity to gouge and took it. To add insult to injury, the cartons were damaged and goods broken when the partial container-load was delivered. Sadly I don't appear to be able to add photos to show the pitiful state of the shipment.
Delivery was on the day advised

Prompt response. Relocating to Ireland so we depended on them to provide information and guidance. Which they did. We were able to make changes easily. Only downside was some documents weren’t sent until last minute.

I have used 3 Removalists n nothing but hassles but the guys in Perth were amazing packed all up n with care then the guys from Melbourne came n delivered my furniture and still with great care. Put my stuff in place for me and we’re so careful with everything nothing broken they also were reasonable prices and kept you up to date every step of the way!!! Would definitely recommend to everyone!!! Thanks so much chess u have a fantastic team all round. Very very happy 😊👍

We are very sorry to receive your comments, I note based on the most recent email correspondence that our Perth team have already spoken with you and that your concerns have been addressed and all issues resolved. It also appears your very serious comments regarding the use of drugs were inaccurate, and that the team were smoking cigarettes on their scheduled break, I understand this was also discussed and explained.
