I would absolutely NOT recommend using this business. Seriously, find somewhere else PLEASE! The “Manager” Mark is the most arrogant business person we have ever dealt with. We work full time so Saturday is the only day we can access our stuff to move out. He had sent me an email early on saying they’re open 7am-1pm Saturday’s and just come in and get the key…but apparently that’s not the case! We could only get OUR stuff out of the storage unit when it was convenient to HIM, and he made it difficult with specific times, or even not opening at all. It took weeks to empty our unit.
Also the fridge and washing machine were stored wrong. A quick google search says to keep ajar so any excess moisture can evaporate, and also to have air flow (don’t cover them). They did the opposite so both the fridge and washing machine stank and was mouldy. They needed a deep clean before use. Oh and before I forget, apparently they remove the microwave lightbulb for transit. When asked where it was we got a cranky “it’s in a box” response. It’s not.
This place is not worth it.
Edit: We arrived 9.05am the first Saturday not 10am. And there was no email correspondence to notify the apparent Saturday business hours change. We did our best working around you and your business times and our full time work.Read more

Wouldnt store your belongings there most doggie storage units.They have no roof covering your belongings furniture other peoples items can fall into your unit or even steal your stuff.Your belongings get dusty and bird poo on them.The owner is rude.Better of taking to a proper storage unit.You have to stack your stuff high get quoted for a 16m3 lucky to fit your stuff in without getting hurt or damaged.You shouldnt have to stack your belongings up 4 metres high.
