yes they gave a good price and almost did the job in a manner to match that price, breaking very little in the process. however they dropped off 'quite a few things' somewhere near Rockhamptom, and then delayed and finally refused to communicate about telling either 'where is my stuff' and certainly nothing on 'can you get it for me'. this was a year ago. lost stuff included box of my original degrees etc - not replaceable. in short they might do what you want, or they might not; they sound friendly with 'good rapport' (as others indicate) but no intention of remedy when they stuff up.
