*DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY*
My entire experience was negative. This company took advantage of the fact that my son and I were fleeing violence. When they came to pick up the stuff they added a extra $1800 to the quote knowing we needed to relocate, granted we had an additional couch but [name removed by Sirelo] single handedly emptied out draws and created new boxes with baby foam letters and coat hangers to charge us more. [name removed by Sirelo] the husband yelled at my dog and threated to kick her, didn’t wear shoes, or a mask even though Melbourne was riddled with covid at the time. We itemised all gym equipment in the intital quote and she told us we hadn’t and charged us more. We were told delivery wouldn’t take approx 10-14 days and then after 2 days later were told it would be delivered in 6 days weather we had somewhere or not. She then told us that it would be an extra $850 if we needed to go get it stored until the day she initialled agreed upon. She then accessed our private information and called our real estate without our permission to try and get access to our new house. Once an arrangement was made she then went back on it and wanted to deliver it 3 hours earlier. When they delivered the items my brand new tv was clearly smashed and I refused to take receipt of the item. When I appreciated [name removed by Sirelo] about the item she told me it was like that before hand. She then yelled at me and her husband was yelling in my face. The police were called. The police told us that this company was clearly con artists and told us to make a civil claim. The police investigated them and they said the delivery company told them they had NO INSURANCE to cover anything but fire theft or roll over. [name removed by Sirelo] then went on to tell me that I was probably making up my domestic violence situation and she felt sorry for the man I was escaping also called me a number of names. Her husband bled all over my sons draws and when I told them I would be leaving a bad review she told me her solicitor would be in touch while she entered my property against my wishes taking photos. My room mate was then verbally attacked by these people and the husband came to me face to face making me feel extremely threaten as I’m a very small girl. I can not stress how unprofessional these people are and how much stress they have caused me. Caution, use at own risk and don’t be goofed by a cheaper initial quote.Read more

Damage your goods and won’t replace. Aggressive and threatening.

We used BNS to move us from Wagga Wagga, Regional NSW to Cairns, FNQLD. A husband and wife team with many years experience of interstate removals.From the outset we found [name removed by Sirelo] to be helpful, accommodating and friendly. The service they offered was professional and efficient. Our household possessions and two valued motorbikes were loaded and packed with care. [Name removed by Sirelo] knew the business well and made easy work of ensuring our belongings arrived safely and on time. Loading and unloading was quick and efficient. The price was very fair and their were no added surprises. Great work. Happy to recommend.
