Gouge on price.
SOS made the quoting process difficult by providing as little information as possible regarding insurance but we were already signed up by then and committed to a date. After the move they then gouged us on storage price by using the estimated volume quoted (5 modules) rather than what they actually stored (4 modules) resulting in a 25% overcharge, approx. $500 more. Despite appealing to any sense of fairness they wouldn't refund anything, saying 'we provided a discount to get your business' (in reality cent in the dollar). The guys who loaded/unloaded were fantastic but the Managing Director not . Someone once said fish rots from the head. Definitely not recommended.
