It's the 2nd time we used Right now Removalist. Last year also a friend recommended them to us and we had great experience. This time also had good experience and will recommend to our friends without any doubt. Special thanks to Bikash and Sandip for making our transfer smooth . They both are knowledgeable and handle the situation easily. They also know how to dismantle and setup the items .

It was an absolute nightmare using your removal service. After running an hour late, The 2 men doing the removals were unable to lift half of the items, both were extremely slow and a 3 hour max job ended up taking 6+ hours. Not only did I lift and bring half of the items to the truck for them at the pickup location, I also lifted majority of the items at the drop off location. They caused damage at both locations As there were 2 drop off locations, and after having a list of items to drop off and asking multiple times what they needed to do, they still dropped the wrong things off. Direct your “professional” removalists to what their job was and how to do it, as well as help them with majority of the work. Extremely unprofessional, and a waste of $700 and a whole day worth of time.

Thank you so much for your exceptionally professional service! You guys were very helpful and efficient in moving all the furniture from my apartment. Was impressed on how quick you guys finished the job as I was anticipating that it will take a good few hours. Nothing beats a friendly, helpful and quick service when going through a stressful day!
