Scammers, don't use these guys, they destroy furniture, they show up late, they cannot put furniture back together they dissemble.
I followed the truck and they went on lunch for 45mins at Hungry jacks and they try to get me to pay for the break they had..
If you like paying for people's lunch, workers swearing, losing your bond money and damage furniture, these guys are perfect for you.

My family recently completed our move from Frankston to Seaford with Move It Mate. And it wasn't exactly a smooth ride. I'll save the details of the events because that isn't the important thing and isn't the reason I am writing this.
Why would I give 10 stars if I had issues?
Because at every turn, Move It Mate could not have done a single thing better to rectify the issues that came up. They paid for accommodation and meals when our container was late and the lovely people in the office (shout out to Dan and Tony!) even sent us flowers and wine to apologise.
And having done major moves before, I know this much - things can easily go wrong. Granted, more went wrong this time than you would want, but I will always use Move It Mate for the peace of mind of knowing they will do whatever they can to make it right. They won't be the cheapest, but you ALWAYS get what you pay for.
It is the mark of how good a company real is when they act with integrity and ethically in the face of adversity. It's not really much of a test when everything goes right - anyone can act well then. I have little doubt Move It Mate lost money on this move in the end, but they didn't shirk at doing the right thing.
Put simply... you would be crazy to use any other removalist company - period.Read more
