What a fabulous service Two Men and a Truck offer, from my first phone enquiry and at every step till the job was complete. They were in constant communication with speedy replies to any of my questions, and the 2 actual men on the day were courteous, friendly and helpful - nothing was a problem.

I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck Team.
Quote and booking:
I took 3 quotes from different companies. Two Men and a Truck was not the cheapest option.
However, the other 2 companies were focused on giving me the cheapest initial quote (and they had stairs excess, heavy item excess etc.) , Rio quoted me very carefully to ensure all of my items were included, efficiently moved and no surprises on the day.
Moving day:
Mateus, Alexander and Mario arrived on time and quickly set up the moving process.
I moved from a unit located on level 3 with no lift so it was not an easy move.
But they kept moving up and down and they were quite fast. They handled all items very carefully from the unit to new house and I had no damage to my furniture.
They were very polite and very pleasant, and I had a stress free moving!

This day was too long; 13 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment and half a garage (storage). The men were polite and helpful. The wrong size truck was sent (needed double the size) and 2 trips were necessary. The men didn't speak english well and things had to be explained multiple times and then translated. Between the explanations, translations and the extra trip, too much time was waisted, time that was paid for out of my pocket. This feels like daylight robbery....

Anderson, Bruno & Pedro were efficient and took great care with our items. They took the extra time to wrap & protect items for the move and were careful moving around our newly built house. They were friendly and always checking in to make sure they had things in the right place.

On the day of the move, the crew arrived right on time, fully prepared and with all the necessary equipment. They were extremely professional, courteous, and handled my belongings with great care. Two men and a truck guys exceeded my expectations in every way. Their reliability, care, and efficiency made a typically stressful day feel like a breeze. If you’re looking for a moving company that treats your belongings with the utmost respect and delivers top-notch service, look no further. I’ll definitely be using them for any future moves!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Avoid this company at all costs!
Not only did they break our items and damage our furniture, they were egregiously slow in order to charge more! Their movers continually stopped to use the washroom at BOTH properties, more than twice per property, per mover?? Seemed odd for what was supposed to be a short move! They did this to add more time I guess? A 1 bed apartment moved a couple suburbs over shouldn’t be $1400. Disgusting.
When I raised a complaint to their “customer service” they claimed that they didn’t damage the items, didn’t see any boxes marked as fragile (there clearly were, and the broken items came from those) and that the damage to the furniture was there before they got there. (It wasn’t)
Their response email was an absolute joke, Grace misspelled my name and didn’t even apologize for the service, broken items, or damage caused. Offered no compensation whatsoever, absolutely nothing. Said the company “didn’t acknowledge causing the damage”
Avoid two men and a truck at all costs. You’ll be better off with literally any other company.Read more
