!!! BEWARE !!! Avoid this business at all costs! Clearly fake reviews!! We moved interstate with these guys, and I get angry having to think about what we went through while I write this review. Scammers, quote means nothing, damaged almost all our beautiful furniture. Extra truck needed at final hour and tried to charge us double the quote (that’s an extra $12k!) despite our extensive efforts raising concerns with how much we needed to be moved. If quote is not accurate then don’t quote (and their website states no hidden costs).
We were never reimbursed for all our very badly damaged furniture!! Smashed fridge, King living furniture all scratched everywhere, cupboards upside down and smashed, toolboxes dropped and smashed, even after them emailing us a promise to send out their insurance company! When we arrived at night in QLD 24 hrs after the truck drivers dropped off our stuff, the house front double doors were wide open, and lights on!! No apologies when we told them. Lucky we were not robbed and lost everything!!! I honestly have never dealt with a worst business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible attitude.Read more

The WORST movers I've ever encountered. DO NOT USE
Made a booking for a certain time, well in advance. They didn't show up and didn't answer calls until hours later, costing us money in hotel bills and spoilt food. 5 star ratings are obviously fake. Good luck trying to get a deposit back too.

Do not believe the hype. I booked 2 weeks in advance at a specific time. They did not show up at all, only answering my calls an hour and a half after they were supposed to be there. Strung me along for 4 hours pretending they would show up, then vanished off the face of the earth. Isn’t a booking supposed to be just that? A booking? I suspect the 5 star ratings are fake.

Great at the booking stage nothing was too much trouble.Turned up on day had a walk around and decided they weren't capable of getting job done and left us with out saying anything.Tried to ring the boss to find out what was going on and nobody would answer any calls.Then rang on another phone and they finally answered 24hrs later.The boss then became very abusive and tried to play the blame game and then proceeded to hang up.

Great moving company for a very reasonable price. They came on time, were professional and quick. They did a fantastic job with no damages. Overall a great service. Highly recommend them. Will surely use their service again.
