Do not use under any circumstances. The damage to our furniture plus overcharging was over $4,000. We know because we needed to undertake repairs to high quality furniture. I am still finding damage to the underside of chairs and mattresses. They damaged our concrete floor. Shayne (owner, who calls himself 'the big boss') refused to unload some of the most expensive of our appliances and furniture until we paid the overcharged amount. Literally, stand over tactics. Honestly, he was ready to drive away with our furniture. They engage in 'go slow' tactics, change drivers & trucks, walk on the furniture in the truck and run down the ramp with the furniture because the gradient is so steep.

Shayne and Shawn from Classic Removals were absolutely fantastic! They helped move me out and into my new home last week, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They were professional, efficient, and such great guys to deal with. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to them. Absolutely amazing work — highly recommend!

Classic removal moved my family and I from Basin View to Hope Island 22nd July 2025.
The boys who moved our belongings were helpful and professional.
After the move the young fellas even let the young sons sit in the truck and beep the horn haha
Not sure what the neighbours thoughts, we were all happy with the quality of service we received.
Highly recommended 😀

All I can say is WOW!!! so professional, respectful these boys have well manners, they work so hard and definitely push themselves I will be using this company again and I 100% recommend to anyone else this business is so professional they are amazing overall. Helped me and my family so much.

Caleb and Shane were excellent. They were very friendly, careful with our stuff, efficient and I felt very comfortable having them as our removalists. I would definitely recommend them.
