JUAN and YAGO from Smooth Movers were amazing! They were fast, efficient, and super careful—no damage to our furniture, floors, or walls.
Despite the whole move involving stairs in both apartments, they were incredibly professional throughout.
Friendly, respectful, and on time, they made the whole process stress-free.
Loved that they let us know when they left the depot, so we knew exactly when we were being charged.
Reliable company—we’d 100% recommend them and would love to have Juan and Yago next time we need their service!

I cannot thank these guys enough. My move was complicated, involved apartment stairs and multiple pick-up locations and they just took it all in their stride. The service was relaxed and friendly, careful and thoughtful, from taking care with my frames and ornaments to placing my plant pots in cute arrangements in the garden (instead of throwing things down in a clump and moving on). As a single mum moving on my own was daunting and stressful, but I was made to feel relaxed and as though everything was taken care of by the Smooth Mover guys. I am very grateful to them and will be recommending them to friends and family in the future!

Such a great removalist company!
Gean was great with all the communication from the beginning of booking us in. Igor and Cleber arrived on time, very friendly, had great communication, and made sure all furniture was removed and delivered safely and efficiently. Really great team, thank you so much for all your help. You guys always go above and beyond!!

We booked our move relatively short notice (less than a week out) and found the experience really easy. We moved a 2br house within the same suburb on a Friday, and the entire thing was completed that morning (7am-10:30am incl drive time). Our movers were Igor and Yago and they were an exceptional team, moved very quickly and took great care. Absolutely no regrets, would recommend these guys to anyone.

Honestly disappointed. The guys who conducted the move were fantastic, however they double booked my full house move with another job that day. So the movers had to leave at 1PM instead of completing the move. They blamed head office saying they misjudged the size of the job - I don't know how you misjudge a full 3 bedroom house move? That's easily a full days work. This meant only half the job got done and I had to do the rest myself over the next few days. My tip is when booking make sure they haven't squeezed in more jobs into your move day.
Edit: we've also now realised they've dented our brand new fridge.
