I had Kris arrange the services of Smooth Movers on 19 Dec. I have tried multiple times to make contact about an overcharge, and damage to property, but the company has ceased responding. I am hoping they make contact soon before I go into details of my disappointing experience. Katie Andrijich, Coogee

I have used Smooth Movers on several occasions prior to yesterdays move and they have never disappointed. They are punctual, professional and courteous. Igor and Leonardo were fantastic. Great guys, did a great job and it was a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend.

These removalists arrived 2.5 hours late! Already exhausted from a previous job. They took little care and were slow. They were careless about placement of boxes in the new property & careless about reassembling a bed, that collapsed a week later. Before the job was finished, they told me they had to leave and return at 6am the next day. This didn't suit me, as I had a contract to vacate the property on that day. They insisted that I paid in cash. I believe these guys were overbooked. It would have been better, if they told me at the time of booking.... Disappointed...

Recently moved from Fremantle to Hamilton Hill and simply couldn’t have done it without The Smooth Movers. They were super careful with our stuff and worked really hard to make it all work on the day. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience!
I was very anxious, as this was my first time moving house—there were lifts, tight spaces, heavy furniture, and multiple stops (including storage). But Yago and Rafael handled everything so smoothly, just like the company name promises.
They were fast yet careful, and incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be more grateful—thank you both so much!

This is the worst removalist company I have ever used. They damaged all my equipment and refused to pay over $10,000 worth of damages. I do not recommend anyone using these guys. I repeat. I do not recommend anyone using these guys. They are very unprofessional. I’m not good at their job. I caught two of them smoking marijuana in my kitchen.
