This is my second time using Moving U for a local move, and once again, I’m thoroughly impressed. From booking to completion, the experience was seamless and stress-free.
Jo kept me informed both a week in advance and again a day before the move, which really gave me peace of mind and confidence that everything was well organised. Nick and Dylan, were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They carefully wrapped all my furniture and delicate items in blankets, and it was clear they had a streamlined process to make everything go smoothly.
The most challenging part was getting my fridge down a narrow staircase, but they handled it flawlessly, carrying it without a trolley. They did the same at my new place, moving my 569L fridge up another tight staircase with no damage to the walls or my belongings.
The care and dedication they showed is second to none. Huge thanks to the team at Moving U — I couldn’t recommend them more!

The entire Moving U team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish - cannot recommend highly enough. Jo in the office was great to deal with, and Nick and DJ absolutely smashed out a massive day. If you are moving home on the sunny coast these guys are unbeatable đź’Ş
