Teresa and her team really live up to the name of the company - Angels. They were so lovely, so accomodating and so helpful in an incredibly stressful time in my life and I cannot thank them enough for their amazing service. If I ever need removalists again I won’t even bother to shop around, I will be coming right to them.

Used them a couple of years, they did a good job but a heap of hidden fees at the end. I was not happy but decided to use them again as they did do a good job, however this time, the day before we received a confirmation phone call and agin they stuffed us around with price. I was Promised 3 guys + no gst as a gesture discount, and we could pay with credit card for the normal bank surcharge. However that was all a lie! only 2 guys now available and wanted to charge 10% to use a credit card.. we all know that is not what the bank charge for a surcharge!
They are a lot more expensive than everyone else and are full of lies at the initial quote. Trust us, look elsewhere!

Moved with Angel's over the weekend from my first point of call to the office the service was second to none helpful kind honest and reliable the staff we so helpful nothing was too much trouble I was offed discounts a third man free of charge and my belongings were moved with care and my job wasn't easy no damage what so ever this business truly cares about there customers and goes above and beyond don't call anyone else these guys are fabulous!!! Thankyou

Over all the experience was great and they were very accommodating annd helpful . Unfortunately they broke our 70 inch TV that was packed in its original boxing we have been moved many times never had a TV broken. We where advised we can claim through our content which is I rang and it was going to cost $600 excess so we basically would have got around $200 back we could do nothing with. We had to move due to the owner moving back into the rental we lived in so we had to go by a new tv and now out of pocket $1200 which we really didn’t not want to spend after spending money on moving in the first place.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with Angel removals. We moved just 2 days ago. We paid for a 4 bedroom truck and 3 men. 15 minutes before they were due to start, we received a phone call saying one man couldn’t come as he had a family emergency - fair enough. Terese told us there would be 2 men and she would take one hour of the final price. The 2 men showed up and quite openly told us how very inexperienced they were. We have used many experienced removalists in the past and the job has taken them 3.5 hours in total. For these 2, it took 6.5 hours for very basic furniture. They didn’t even have any beds to move - I had done that all myself the day before. My wife and I had even gotten up at 5:30 am and carried most of the furniture out to the driveway for them. All they had to get from the house was 1 wardrobe, fridge, couch, table, washing machine, dryer and tv. All bookcases, coffee table, cabinets were moved out by my wife and myself. They did not know what they were doing at all. My wife and I heard them instructing each other to “try this”. It took them 45 minutes to get 1 single wardrobe out! At the new house, we had to phone a friend of ours - him and my wife and I had to start taking things in ourselves because they were taking so long and didn’t know how to do it. My friend managed to get the wardrobe into the new house within 5 minutes!! Since starting to set the house up, we have been able to see the extent to which they have damaged our furniture as well. And then Terese tried to charge us close to $1000 for the experience. We treated the 2 guys well - we kept them hydrated, gave them a bottle of lemonade and even ran round to the shop to buy them cold water as they came very unprepared. My friend, wife and I did much more work than the removalists. We were in a lot of pain the day after. We paid for the privilege of doing the bulk of the work ourselves - we should not have had to do that. 6.5 hours was ridiculous for a 3.5 hour job. Inexperienced people should not be sent to do the job. I am very unhappy about the whole situation and will not recommend Angel removalists to anyone.Read more
