Booked for this Removalist A2Z Mover and they Never show up to our place, Ruined our whole moving plan, Chandru even respond that they will come and they gave there rate of $150per hour Minimum 3hours but never show up and there contact number can't be reach at all, it's switch off and Unavailable, very disappointed.
They shouldn't be given any star rating with what they did to us..

I’d give a zero rating if I could!
Property and furniture damaged during the move, and no response at all from Chandru about it. But he will respond if it means he gets money!
Initially I thought the guys doing the move were great. I was wrong.
Panty rear leg busted as they were taking it OUT of the old house, which I thought was only minimal damage. Nope! The entire leg is now gone. Plus shelving plugs missing. I can no longer is it!
Damage to a garage metal cabinet and shelving. Sure - it was flat when you picked it up, but stack it upright at the new place.
Rain damage to the BOTTOM of my tv unit. It rained on the day of the move, lightly. Clearly water inside the truck, and now I need a new tv unit!
Chunks of timber taken from antique, perfect condition timber furnktue, plus our beds had chunks and scratches.
Walls in new house damaged from them, with chunks of paint missing, scratches even on the floor boards.
All property that wasn’t to go inside was to go into garage/carport. I’d assme in a nice orderly fashion. Nope! Just dumped where ever.
At the time I thought it was manageable. Until I started to unpack.
Fragile boxes on the bottom. Some even on the sides! Fragile means FRAGILE!
My daughters dresser was meant to go into her room, but they put it in carport. And it’s no had water damage from rain. It’s a $600 Grotime dresser from when she was born!
So far, I’m out of pocket over $1000.
The move was quoted, prior to hiring. Which I was happy with.
But come fi al invoice - GST ADDED! Be careful of that one!
I was also charged an hour, to cover the guys food and toilet runs.
A whole $850 for a 1km move, and I’m totally out of pocket!
I’ve sent numerous emails about this. And have NOT heard back from Chandru!
Tomorrow I’m taking this to Fair Trading.

If there was only an option to give them no stars I would! Lazy from start to finish and 80% of our furniture and appliances ended up with dents, deep scratches and worst some completely broken which they will not pay for! They even have the guts to say that we broke them ourselves prior to the move!
Chandru will keep denying negative feedback given to him saying that the accounts are fake but the negatives are the true reviews. He even knows how terrible his own movers are.
Of all the movers we've dealt with in the past, A2Z Mover are by far the worst!

Best removalist I had. Chandru was easy to talk to and will simplify all the details that you need to know. Jayden and his Dad did a great job in handling our things and they were quick on their feet, too. Price is also good compared to others. Will definitely call them again when we need them and highly recommend them to others.
