The biggest scammers I’ve ever dealt with, took my belongings, no communication to where my stuff ended up. The guys moving my stuff had no idea, I told them I won’t be paying the invoice until I know where my stuff is, they still haven’t told me and now 12 months later, I still don’t know where my furniture is and the invoice now is $8,000 😂 crooks they are. Just to let you know I’ll be filing a police report

When I needed to move out of my small apartment at the last minute, Platinum Removals came to my rescue.
Despite the short notice, they were incredibly accommodating and efficient. The move was completed within the timeframe I had budgeted for, and everything was handled with care.

Platinum Removals managed our office move within
Sydney CBD, and it was a smooth operation from start to
finish. Moving an office with over 20 staff could have
been a logistical nightmare, but their team coordinated

Smiling all the way, I have never came across such friendly and caring movers before. It is always in my mind the idea of a stressful day ahead, I found it to be quite the opposite the experience we had with Platinum Removals removalists. Alex and Sascha were very professional, arrived in a very presentable truck, very well organised, lots of moving blankets , bubble wrap, trolleys. They had smart, complete uniforms and a most importantly a clear indication that they really knew what they were doing, mapping and planning the entire house before commencing the work, explaining in detail how they would approach it. They were patient to shuffle around heavy furniture at the destination when we were undecided where to place them. All in all a fantastic experience.

We were in a fix when our booked mover didn’t show up on the day of our planned move. I happened to find their number from Google search and called. To my surprise, we were booked for immediate move and within an hour, we had two men and a truck at our doorstep. The pickup and drop off was so smooth and completed within 3hrs time. I will never forget this last minute rescue. They are professional, neat and careful about the items they are moving. Every single item was moved with care, placed thoughtfully on to the truck and dropped off with utmost care. I will definitely recommend them to my friends in future. Hassle free service !!

We hired them for our office move this week and they disassembled all our desks and loaded them and all our stuff put into boxes neatly into their trucks, drove to our new office unpacking everything and bringing it up to our new office assembling everything. They took excellent care of not damaging any of the stuff or the walls and were very gentle and efficient! Price was in the higher end of the quotes that we received, but considering we had a recommendation to use their services, we trusted that and decided to use Platinum Removals. It was really easy to deal with them over the phone & email! Would recommend them to anyone for personal house moves or office moves.
